I have always been the person to work out in a studio.
I love dancing; I would take Ballet, Jazz, Modern, and Tap.
Then Covid hit, and I had to find a new way to keep working out.
That's when I created a workout routine that I could do at home.
Now that dance studios and gyms are open again, I combine at-home workouts with the gym and the studio.
Back on track!
